2. How to Request Deletion

Send an email to privacy@simplx.tech with the subject line Data deletion request. Include:

• The email address you contacted us from, or that is registered with the product
• The product or website the data relates to — for example simplx.tech or Sahelli
• Whether you want everything deleted, or only a specific item

3. What Happens Next

• Within 3 business days — we acknowledge your request and, if we need to, ask one question to confirm you own the address.
• Within 30 days — we delete the data and email you a written confirmation of what was removed.
• Within 90 days — the data ages out of routine encrypted backups, which are not restored except in a disaster recovery event.

4. What Gets Deleted

Everything we hold that identifies you, including enquiry emails and their contents, consultation booking records, contact details stored for follow-up, and any message history connected to your address.

5. What We May Have to Keep

Where a purchase or an engagement took place, we retain the minimum invoice and transaction records required by accounting and tax law. These are kept for the legally required period, are not used for marketing or any other purpose, and are deleted once that period ends. We will tell you specifically what was retained and why.

6. Data Held by a Clinic or Client

For products where a business is the controller of your data — for example a clinic using Sahelli — that business decides what happens to its records, and Simplx Tech LLC acts on its instructions as a processor. Send your request to us anyway: we will forward it to the relevant business, tell you who they are, and delete anything we hold independently.
