2. Scope

This policy covers personal information collected through this website and through enquiries sent to us by email, by phone, or via the booking widget on this site. Products operated by Simplx Tech LLC publish their own privacy policies covering the data they process — see, for example, the Sahelli privacy policy at sahelli.com/privacy.

3. What We Collect

We collect only what you choose to give us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not require an account to browse this site.

• Enquiry details. When you email us or start a project enquiry, we receive your name, your email address, and the content of your message, together with anything else you choose to include.
• Consultation bookings. When you book a consultation, our scheduling provider collects your name, your email address, the time slot you select, and any answers you give to its booking questions.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp — for security and reliability purposes.

4. Why We Use It

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, to schedule and hold consultations, to deliver and support the products and services you have asked for, to keep records of our agreements and transactions, and to keep the site secure. We rely on your consent when you contact us, on the performance of a contract when we deliver work, and on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Simplx.tech does not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies of its own. The consultation booking widget embedded on our homepage is provided by Calendly and sets its own cookies when it loads; those cookies are governed by Calendly's privacy policy. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and the effective date above before doing so.

6. Third-Party Processors

We use a small number of established providers to run this site. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service:

• Hosting & content delivery — serves this website and keeps standard server logs.
• Email provider — receives and stores correspondence sent to our published addresses.
• Calendly — handles consultation scheduling and the details you enter when booking.

7. International Transfers

Simplx Tech LLC is registered in the State of Wyoming, United States and operates from Alexandria, Egypt. Our providers may store or process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under their own data protection commitments.

8. How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months and are then deleted. Records relating to a purchase or an engagement are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work, resolve disputes, and meet our accounting and tax obligations.

9. Security

Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to do the work. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and the accounts used to access it are protected by two-factor authentication.

10. Your Rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to privacy@simplx.tech or to the postal address in section 1. We respond within 30 days.

11. Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
