1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Simplx.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.
2. Products & Services
Simplx.tech offers digital products and creative services, including but not limited to: The Builder's Kit (a digital download) and 2D Animation Packages (a creative service). All product descriptions and deliverables are defined at the time of purchase.
3. Merchant of Record & Owned Products
Simplx.tech is the sole owner and operator of all products, SaaS applications, and websites built and published under the Simplx brand or by Simplx on behalf of its own portfolio. This includes any current or future web applications, digital tools, or platforms that carry the Simplx name or are developed and owned by Simplx.
Simplx.tech acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions across its owned products and websites. All payments, invoices, and checkout experiences across any Simplx-owned product are processed and managed exclusively by Simplx.tech using Simplx's registered payment gateway account. The name displayed at checkout and on all invoices will be Simplx or Simplx.tech.

4. Payments
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway under the Simplx.tech merchant account. By completing a purchase, you authorize Simplx.tech to charge the stated amount to your provided payment method. The name Simplx or Simplx.tech will appear on your bank statement and invoice.
5. Digital Products
Digital products such as The Builder's Kit are delivered electronically. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use. Reselling or redistributing the product is prohibited.
6. Creative Services
For animation and video packages, final deliverables are provided as agreed upon during the order. Revisions and timelines are communicated via email. Ownership of final video files transfers to the client upon full payment.
7. Refunds

8. Intellectual Property
All content on Simplx.tech — including logos, text, graphics, and product materials — is the intellectual property of Simplx.tech unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Simplx.tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
